Asheville, N.C. / March 10, 2021 -Agent Andrew Lanteri of Weichert, Realtors® – Unlimited earned the Top Overall Associate Award from the Weichert® Carolinas Broker Council after closing out 2021 with the highest gross commission income (GCI) and most units sold among all Weichert® affiliated agents in the state of North Carolina.

Lanteri has consistently ranked among the top agents in Asheville and across the Weichert national franchise network since entering the real estate industry back in 2017. He was named the Rookie of the Year in the Weichert Carolinas Broker Council during his first year, and quickly ascended to become the Council’s Top Selling Agent for 2020 and the Top Overall Associate for 2021.

He formed The Andrew Lanteri Group, a real estate team with Weichert, Realtors® – Unlimited, after his successful first year in the industry. Working as a real estate team has afforded his clients a greater focus on customer service and a wide array of services to handle every transaction detail from beginning to end, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. The Andrew Lanteri Group takes advantage of the latest technologies, including social media marketing, property videos, drone photography, 360 degree Matterport tours and much more.

Lanteri holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University. Prior to his career in real estate, he gained many years of experience in customer service and hospitality as the dining room manager at The Inn on Biltmore Estate.

Originally from Connecticut, he was drawn to Asheville for its mountains, climate, wealth of outdoor activities, breweries and great restaurants. He’s a foodie at heart and is always happy to give a recommendation about a new hot spot in town.

When he’s not serving clients, Lanteri enjoys rehabbing his home, spending time on the river and exploring the hiking trails with his dog, Calvin.
